How long Dhm’s meats stay in the fridge?

Three to Four days maximum.

How long can I keep raw chicken in the fridge?

Every week days we get fresh chicken supply. We do fringe maximum One to two days. If you like to cook your chicken later than this, you should store it in the freezer; however, we always recommend cooking chicken from fresh the day you purchase.

Can Dhm’s Butcher Shop specially cut meat for me?

Absolutely! We can specially cut any meat to your specifications and we are more than happy to do so.

Can I place large order with you?

No worries. We have done orders for birthday, house and others parties. Be sure to give us as much notice as possible!

Do you accept EFTPOS? If so, is there a minimum spend?

Yes, we accept EFTPOS (except for American Express), and there is minimum spend $10.

What days do you deliver?

Deliveries are made Monday through to Friday.There are no deliveries on public holidays. Minimum order amount should be $100.

What is your returns policy?

We pride ourselves on providing the best quality and freshest produce possible. In the event that you have received a product you are unhappy with due to quality or error, please contact us immediately. We will discuss the matter with you personally to determine the issue and treat each scenario individually. If the issue is deemeddue to our error, then goods will be replaced. A refund of the amount of the goods in question may also be considered in certain circumstances.
